If you think you have tried everything and never seem to get any slimmer, more toned or fitter then you need to change it up!!! Jonny at Fit for Life will help you; through various training methods to achieve your goals. These include:

Functional training;

Functional training is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. Be it lifting a baby out of the car, stacking shelves, walking up stairs, doing the gardening etc; you will gain the necessary strength and stamina to perform these daily tasks with ease.

Strength and conditioning – If you are keen to get super strong, impress your mates with one arm press ups, pull ups and front levers or looking to break your PB record then this type of training is for you.

Core training

Do you want a strong core to help reduce back pain, improve postural imbalances, improve athletic performance, increase physical strength or just to look good? Whichever area you are looking to improve at Jonny will set a programme to target those areas.

Muscle gain; hypertroph

Sports specific

If you are training for a specific event or competition such as running a marathon, performing a 100metre sprint or whatever it may be then Jonny will set out a specific training program to meet your exact needs.
