Fitness Classes

Research has shown that when exercising with someone else you are far more likely to achieve your goals, as it will help encourage and motivate you to stay on track. 

That is why Fit For Life offers group training and fitness classes in addition to personal training.  So why not grab a friend, family member or partner and come along to one of the many classes on offer.

All fitness classes take place in Fit For Life's fitness studio inside Boulder Central indoor climbing.


Core Conditioning Classes

For those looking to tone up and increase their core strength. This class works the abs, back and sides, which can make daily tasks such as lifting a lot easier and can also help eliminate back pain.
This will £25 for a 6 week course starting on Tuesday 16th June, 10 places are available so please call or book at reception.  


Boot Camp

Boot Camp

This Boot camp training class is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with short recovery periods.

Boot camp training is a form of cardiovascular exercise.  These short, intense workouts provide increased athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

This 6 week course starting on Monday 13th July incorporates some components of fitness needed in bouldering such as grip and forearm strength, however, it will have a key focus on all over body toning through peripheral heat action training.
